GHC Chile and Colombia renew their ISO 9001 Certification
Last October 2018, GHC Chile and GHC Colombia renewed their ISO 9001 Certification, obtaining the 2015 version. The update to that version meant revising internal processes in order to continue delivering a high-quality service.
The ISO 9001 certificates are renewed annually through an audit carried out by SGS and BUREAU VERITAS, where the documentation is reviewed and inspections are carried out 'in situ' on the services offered by the different areas within GHC.
Susana Pontt, Deputy Manager of Commercial Management GHC Chile said: "All departments, especially the logistics department, administration and commercial management perform great work on a daily basis, and this new update will allow us, through indicators associated with each service, to evaluate the quality of our work and how it is reflected in the relationship with our customers."
"The renewal of ISO 9001 was possible with great team effort, where all processes work in synergy to continue providing quality and reliability, always seeking the satisfaction of our customers and our target markets" said Sebastián Calderón, Technical and Quality Director GHC Colombia.
Obtaining these certificates, for both GHC Colombia and Chile, is a recognition of the effort made by all its employees. It is motivation to continue working towards the delivery of high-quality service.
